Vienna: C.W. Stern, 1906. First Edition. Quarto, 260 pages. Text in French. Bound in half calf with goldstamping at the spine. With a cartoon from a page of the novel ‘Fanny Hill’ tipped in opposite the title page. Very good copy with a hint of spotting to the cloth at the top of the front and rear boards, leather corners slightly rubbed , a bit of edge wear, and a thin split to the cloth at the other edge of the front board. Illustrated throughout with 33 full and double page plates plus 223 engravings within the text, a few in color. A collection of erotic art.
