First end page has former owner's name written on it. Dj. has some age-toning along the edges, light shelfwear, edgewear, rubbing on back and tiny spot. Cloth boards are dark grey, has mild scuff on edges of spine and tiniest scuff on tips, otherwise very clean. Pages are fine, clean, crisp, like new looking. 114 pages. First page where it is signed has a tiny light (spot) stain. No slant to spine.
