Jacket shows gentle rubbing and is now enclosed in a removable mylar protective sleeve. A very nice copy that appears unopened and unread. With introductory remarks by Hildegarde Behrens and Thomas Hampson and reminiscences of family, friends, associates and colleagues. Lavishly illustrated throughout in black and white and color photographs.
