Edited by Ron Padgett and Anne Waldman, who provide a prefatory note. Both Burroughs and Ginsberg provide introductions to the letters. Index. Bound in gray cloth with silver lettering stamped on spine. Light, unobtrusive dampstains on pastedowns. In the two-color dust jacket that shows sunning to spine, light rubbing. Withal, a solid, presentable copy. First American edition of a collection that was initially published in a limited edition by Editions Claude Givaudan, Geneva, 1978. Dust jacket is now housed in a removable, clear archival sleeve.
