Hardcover, First THUS (1927). In good condition, but does show its age. No dust jacket. Pages are somewhat tanned, but are clean and unmarked. Binding is still firm. Letters on the spine are faded, but still legible. Includes a "Changes in Administration" insert at the back of the book. Green cloth boards show some fading and rubbing wear, but are still strong.
