Cadell, 1788. 2 Vols. First edition. Courtney, p.168. The first substantial collection of Johnson's letters. Lacks first blank leaf in Vol. One and errata slip in Vol. Two as usual. Small amount of faint scattered foxing, else a very good set housed in a custom cloth slipcase.
