From the collection of Wayne Prescott Suttles, renowned anthropologist, scholar, and linguist regarding many Pacific cultures, and especially the U.S. Pacific Northwest Coast Salish people. Provenance provided upon request. Condition notes: vol 1 306 +2 and vol 2 292 +32 numbered pp; HB. Pages: clean, bright, tight, blue-gray eps; a.e. well tanned, t.e. dusty. Cover: burgundy, gilt ornamentation and titles front/spine; substantial shelfwear, extrems worn through, several tears and chips to spine edges, heads and tails, all edges and spine sunned.
