Signed by Michael Lewis and inscribed to a former owner who has made a notation above Lewis' inscription. Bound in publisher's marble-affect paper-covered boards over black spine cloth lettered in gilt. Near fine with light lean to binding, light soiling and toning, former owner's rubber stamp to front free endpaper. In a Near Fine price-clipped dust jacket with toning, light shelf wear, wear to surface laminate. The author's first book, of which signed first printings are scarce.
