New York: Lincoln Memorial Association [1900], 1900. Later edition. Hardcover. Very Good. 2 vol. 8vo. [6], vii-xii, 1-426, [6]; [4], 1-475, [1] pp. Red publisher's cloth with lettering and a bust of Lincoln in blind on the front boards, gilt lettering and decorations on the spines. Volume one has a half-title page, volume two does not (but nothing appears to be removed from the second volume). Each volume is illustrated with a frontispiece. Moderate rubbing to the cloth and the textblocks.
