Inscribed by the subject's daughter on the front endpaper "To Mrs. ______ with love from her friend Adelaide Craig Snyder July, 1913". Introduction and reminiscences of Antioch College by Edward Everett Hale. Included with this copy is a cabinet photograph of what I believe is Austin Criag and a news clipping of his passing dated Aug. 6, 1927. Green cloth binding, gilt titles on spine, gilt ruled border with corner decorations, facsimile signature in gilt on cover. Illustrated with photographs, fold-out facsimile letters, list of the writings of Austin Craig, index, 394 pages. Clean unmarked copy, top corners bumped, cloth at head of spine mildly frayed, light speckling to covers.
