London: South China Morning Post, 1917. The second book in this series of Famous Fights for English Liberty. Details of the trial concerning the case of the royal Hospital for seamen at Greenwich in relation to the alleged mismanagement and abuses thereof and of Captain Thomas Baillie Governor of the said hospital under a prosecution for libel. 83 pages in overall clean condiition just some light browning to endpapers and light foxing spots, slight tanning to pages as usual due to quality of paper used. Presentation handwritten INSCRIPTION from author on inside front board E ?????? Esq with Mr Harston's compliments 21st November 1917. Where qustion marks are I cannot decipher name possibly Hurd. Outer boards are crubbed and worn on edges and white quarter binding is browned especially to spine. Still a pleasing copy of a collectable book SEE IMAGE. DETAILED IMAGES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST. Inscribed By Author. First Edition First Printing. Boards. Good Plus/No Jacket. 10 x 8 Inches. Hardcover.
