Boston: Little, Brown and Co, 1930. First American Edition. Cloth. Good/Poor. First US edition. Yellow cloth in unclipped jacket. 294 pp. Story of a man seeking revenge on his former criminal gang. POOR jacket on a GOOD book. Moderate browning, toning and some soiling to the jacket. A few small stains. Heavy chipping, tearing and creasing to the jacket along the extremities and hinges, with some areas of loss, including the upper two inches of the jacket spine. Minor soiling to the book. Some dampstaining along the fore edge, including covers and first few pages. Text block toned.
