London: John Miller, 1825. First British edition. Three volume complete set. Burgundy three-quarter leather over marbled boards. Spines with raised bands, decorated and lettered in gilt. Blue, green, red and white marbled endpapers matching the boards. Spines bright and nice. Rubbing to the marbled boards and wear to edges and extremities. All hinges firm and intact. Published anonymously, the title pages state "By the Author of The Spy, Pioneers, Pilot, &c." Each volume has the contemporary ownership signature of Charles Everett dated Feb., 1825. Light scattered foxing else very good internally.. First Edition. Three-Quarter Leather. Very Good.
