The red covers are bright, with minor wear at tips and corners. The gilt spine lettering is still shiny. The dust jacket is in Very Good condition, with light wear, but no rips or chips. The attached scan gives a better idea of condition. Synopsis: Little Ed, the "Baker Street Bugle's" intrepid editor and star reporter, gets involved with Roman remains, ghosts, crooks and his unspeakable Uncle Dennis, in his attempts to increase the circulation of his beloved school magazine and keep it from closing.
