Leipzig: Bernhard Tauchnitz, 1858. Full-Leather. Very Good +. Complete 2 Volume Set. Period Brown Quarter-Leather bindings with 5 raised bands to spines. Gilt Title and vol.nos on Black ground in 2nd & 4th compartments. Gilt Decoration fills the other compartments, also on the bands. Ochre leather covered boards. Endpapers and all page edges marbled (combed pattern). 6 1/4" Tall, 600g. Vol. I, 402 p. pages; Vol II, 414 p.pages. Slight edge wear. Small stain to top corner of front cover on vol. II. Hinges sound. Text blocks firm. No inscriptions.
