[146] pp. Handsomely bound in brown debossed goat with heraldic devices, all edges gilt with hidden marbling, tri-color ribbon marker; gilt dentelles & white silk moire endpapers, with pocket to front pastedown and monogrammed in gilt 'E.P.' & dated '4 Juillet 1922' on front free endpaper. Fully illustrated with color gospel-story vignettes & floral borders, as well as with three exquisite tissue-guarded engraved plates, including frontispiece. Four-page 'Souvenirs de Famille' blank. Containing Ordinaire de la Messe, Cérémonies du Mariage, Messe de Mariage, Messe de Communion, Prières de Saluts (Te Deum, O Salutaris, Tantum Ergo, etc.). Text in French & Latin. A fine, pristine, & beautifully illustrated French Book of Hours. Uncommon.
