Spine ends worn and a bit frayed. Internal hinges are cracking though binding remains sound. Soiling, foxing, and light marginalia scattered throughout. The author writes that the purpose of his work "is simply to report the present facts of local government [in Kansas]"; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 112 pages .
