Hardback, 1930, first edition, with 159 illustrations, published by Seely, Service & Co. Ltd., London, 352 pages.
Measures around 8 3/4" by 5 3/4" by 2". No dust jacket. Light brown cloth binding, gilt emblem to front board, gilt lettering and emblem to spine. Some discolouration to spine. Scuffing and a little marking, some signs of shelf-wear, dent to top of rear board. Binding firm. Browning and some marking, scuffing and foxing to page edges. Some foxing throughout page surfaces, mainly in endpapers and in pages close to plates. No underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information.
