Norman, OK: University of Oklahoma Press, 1967. Book. Fine. Cloth. First Edition. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. First edition so stated. 568 pp. and 517 pp. Speckled top edges. Black cloth with silver lettering to the spines and red/blue bands . This copy is FINE in a VG+ slipcase. Other than a stray pencil mark to the bottom page edges of Volume I , exteriors are bright, rich, and sharp. Insides are unmarked, crisp and tightly bound. Slipcase has a small bump at back top corner, otherwise FINE. Paste on labels front and back with book details and $19.95 price. Illustrated, bibliography, indices. Quite lovely..
