Houghton Mifflin. Hardcover. Fine/Very Good. Hardcover set in dust jackets and slipcase. Houghton Mifflin 2nd Revised Edition. Books are in Fine condition, with no writing or markings of any kind inside or out. All are full bound black cloth, each with Ring and Eye design to front panel, in Orange (Fellowship), Green (Towers) and Purple (Return). Each has top edges and endpapers in the same colors. Dust jackets are in Very Good condition: 1) Fellowship - Red lettering to spine slightly faded, some crinkling and 1/2 inch closed tear at head of spine; 2) Two Towers - Red lettering to spine slightly faded, very slight crinkling at head of spine; 3) Return - Red lettering to spine slightly faded, very slight crinkling at head of spine. All three have original price of $14.95 to upper right of unclipped front flaps. Maps are present and undamaged in all three books. All three are in removable mylar dust jacket protectors. Slip Case is in Very Good condition, with small chip to one top corner, and some fixing to top surface. Please see photos for more details.
