Book is as fine with minor foxing on top and front of text block, with stiff spine, pointed corners and rigid boards. Jacket is perfect except for some fading arounf edges and wrinkling at top of spine. Looks spectacular in new plastic acid free cover. Shipping box is suitable for wrapping with a non-price listed purchase order inside along with biodegradable packing. This book is from the estate of actress Mary Kay Stearns of the T.V. comedy show "Mary Kay and Johnny." Wikipedia states, "Mary Katherine Stearns was an American actress best known for portraying the fictional version of herself on the sitcom Mary Kay and Johnny from 1947 until 1950. The series was the first sitcom to air on television, the first television series to feature a pregnancy, (the Stearns' real life son Christopher), and the first to feature a couple sharing a bed.".
