Santa Barbara: Black Sparrow Press, 1977. First Edition. Near Fine/Near Fine. First edition, hardcover, numbered, signed and illustrated issue. Number 66 of a limited 75 copies signed by Charles Bukowski and with an original painting by him bound in. Bound in publisher's original paper-covered boards over red flecked patterned corduroy cloth backstrip, hand bound by Earle Gray. Near Fine with a faint lean to the binding, light tanning to contents with a faint stain to the fore edge and slight darkening to the inner front hinge at the top. In the publisher's original acetate jacket, which is rubbed and a little clouded. A lovely copy of this scarce title, with Bukowski's original art work.
