New York, New York, USA: The Viking Press, 1983. BU1 - A hard cover first edition withdrawn ex-library book in good+ condition. A tight, clean, sound copy in pink paper covered boards quarter bound in burgandy cloth with gold lettering on the spine and gold graphics on the front with minor overall shelf wear there is some fading around the top edges plus there is some tape staining on the outside board surfaces from where the dust jacket was taped down to the boards plus there are the usual library stamps, marks, label, and pocket on the top, bottom, and right outside paper edges (marked out with large black marker), front and back endpapers, title page, and copyright page. The dust jacket shows very minor overall shelf wear plus there is the usual library label (about 1"x2.5") on the front plus it is still in the original library mylar sleeve. Notes and bibliography, indexed, 200p.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Ex-Library.
