Leipzig/Paris: chez Brockhaus/Schubart et Heideloff, 1829. Duodecimo, xvi, 330 pages. FIRST EDITION in FRENCH, translated from the second German edition, revised and corrected. Kreysig was physician to Frédéric Auguste King of the Saxons, from 1803 to 1828. His greatest contribution was to the art of diagnosis. Attractively bound in full calf with gilt decorated spine, red speckled edges. Early previous owner's name, otherwise very good. [OCLC locates thirteen copies, just three in the US].
