Paris: Librairie de L. Hachette et Cie, 1863. Hardcover. Good +. 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 in. 323 pgs. Half brown morocco with marbled paper boards. 5 raised bands on spine with gilt lettering. Rear of text contains 9 fold-out engraved illus. Condition is GOOD+ ; ex library: paper label on lower spine, printed sheet on front pastedown, oval stamps on title page, some text pgs, side of text block, and many of the fold-outs. Date sheet on rfep and pocket on rear pastedown. Corners and edges have wear, as does the spine, where the raised bands are rubbed. Binding is tight and boards are clean. Text is free of notes. Fold-outs are good with no tears. Text in French. Stax.
