New York: Rinehart & Co., 1954. The third Lt. Charles Hillary mystery. Ex-rental library with a stamp pad on the rear free end paper, no other library indications. Gently bumped with black residue to the edges of the boards and end papers, tape residue on the end papers, presumably from an old style jacket protector. Pages tanned with a bit of foxing to the edges of the text block. Binding square and solid. Jacket shows small chips at the lower corners and spine head with black residue to the upper corners and spine head, as well as a couple of small spots to the lower edge. Presents nicely in newer mylar. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. First Edition.. Hard Cover. Good/Very Good. Ex-Library.
