About This Item
Robert Hale: London, 1976. First edition (& 1st printing). Hardcover. SF novel, one of 24 that Geoffrey John Barrett wrote for the Robert Hale sf series, both under his own name but also writing as ''Edward Leighton'', ''Dennis Summers'' and ''James Wallace''. John Clute's copy, with his signature on the front free endpaper. Robert Hale produced books primarily for the library market (still flourishing in the 1970s) and so most titles are very uncommon. The only edition of this title, and rare. Top page edges spotted, else a fine copy in a VG+ price-clipped dustjacket with rubbing to rear (white) panel.
