Edinburgh: Thomas Grant, 1857. First Edition. HB. Full black blind ruled leather, red title label on spine with 5 raised bands, 12mo, 224 pp. Rev. Charles Miller (1811-1891) was a long time minister at Duns, Scotland. With previous owner's name on ffep, and "Cheviot View, Gavinton, Duns" blind stamp, and a second owner's name top of title page. No other marks in book. Text block slightly shaken, but binding solid. Covers show edge wear, minor scuffing. Book condition VG-. An uncommon title.
