Stained along base, with minor tears and a few small chips along jacket edges, jacket price crossed out with new price ($2.00) in ink. Binding tight, text clean and unmarked. 1946 Hard Cover. 242 pp. 8vo. Grey cloth, black titles and Toto motif on spine, full color paper label on front board, black-and-white illustrations by Frank Kramer, illustrated endpapers. The first book in the continuation of Baum's immortal Oz series by Jack, following the sequels written by Ruth Plumply Thompson and John R. Neill. These books are now considered part of the official canon - as such, it is considered the thirty-seventh book in the series overall.
