Original dust Jacket good to very good, with some general wear and a little chipping chipping to the head and tail of the spine and corners, but now expertly and seamlessly repaired by a professional paper conservator using the finest conservation materials - methyl celloluse and hand-made Japanese Kozu Shi tissue paper, ensuring that the dust jacket is displayed to its best potential and arresting any further deterioration (and a conservation process that is fully reversible). The dust jacket is not price clipped showing 8s 6d net and now protected in a clear removable archival sleeve. Original blue hard back binding with silver-gilt letering to the spine, very good with a llittle rubbing to edges and a little fading to the spine. Contents clean and tight, original end papers, no inscriptions, minimal spotting. A very good first edition copy in a good/very good restored original dust jacket.. First Edition. Hardback.
