New York and Toronto: Oxford University Press, 1976.. 1976.. Very good. - Quarto [approximately 12 inches high by 8 inches wide], dark blue cloth titled in gilt in a dust wrapper. The binding is lightly rubbed. The dust jacket's front panel is lightly rubbed & there is some foxing to the edges of its rear flap. 280 pages. Profuse illustrations in color and black & white, including facsimiles. The edges of the pastedowns & endpapers are darkened & lightly foxed. The top edges of the pages are slightly darkened & there are occasional small stains to the last few leaves. Very good. <p>First American edition.<p>With contriburions by Zoltan Roman.
