New York: G.P. Putnam, 1873. Cloth. Good/No Jacket. Two volumes, both have worn and soiled cloth covers; sound copies with some foxing to endpapers. Volume one: covers quite faded, light green endpapers, "Peoples Edition", Putnam is identified as the publisher on the spine, half-title, and copyright page - Lippincott is shown as publisher on the title page along with date of 1873. Volume two: Dark brown endpapers, name on flyleaf, Putnam identified as publisher, no publication date.
