About This Item

Moscow, 1963. Fair. In Russian. 8vo, pp. (206), (2 adverts?) + b/w frontispiece of Gorky and illustrations. Quarter cream cloth with black lettering, illustrated paper boards. Rubbed, edgeworn, spine grubby. Edges browned, endpapers and text block tanned. Section removed from ffep (POI?), occasional pencil and pen annotation (in English). Spine cracked at pp. 34-5, but binding holding firm. Still, a good copy of an unusual, and striking, title.
