Chicago: The Making of America Co., 1906. Ex-Library. Fair. Half-Leather. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Brown leather spine and corner tips with marble design boards. The pages are in good clean condition with the normal library markings and attachments. The hinges are cracked. The cover has edge wear and scuffing. The spine is faded and has a couple of large tears on the top end. The title page states Editorial Edition limited to one thousand copies of which this is No. (the space was left blank). Vol. VIII only..
