Binding tight, text clean & bright.. 64mo. 2.875 x 4.125 in. 255, [1] pp. Black cloth, titled & ornamented in green, all edges gilt. Frontispiece of Our Lady of the Rosary, with the caption AS ESU NEKALTAS PRASIDEJIMAS; illustrated with several ornamental tail-pieces. Included also are three prayer-cards, folded sheets, representing the First, Fourth, & Fifth Joyful Mysteries of the Rosary. Text in Lithuanian, with a bit of Latin. Approbations. Produced by the Lithuanian Roman Catholic Priests' Association, established in 1909 primarily for the
publication of Lithuanian Catholic newspapers and literature, and to promote education of
children. It started a weekly newspaper Draugas (The Friend) and was subsequently transferred to Chicago in 1913.
