Toronto: J.M. Dent & Sons [1928], 1st printing. (Hardcover) Very good. 249pp. Limp leather with gilt emblam on the cover, in a somewhat worn slipcase. Signed by the author, also includes an autograph letter signed by the author. Top edge gilt, ribbon page marker, color frontispiece, maps, illustrations, plates, tables, chronological summary of events index. The spine has a crack extending partways down and the ends are a bit worn. Locale: ; Manitoba; Prairie Provinces; Western Canada.
