Illustrated trade wraps. This copy inscribed by the author on the half-title. Inscribed in ink to an arts-philanthropist couple responsible for the most significant advances in Seattle theater: "To -- -- With gratitude always, and affection from the humble translator, / Stephen / Jan. 2000
