Presume 1st edition as copyright page simply states: Copyright, 1912, by Jane Eayre Fryer. Book in fair condition due to water damage on lower part of book. Water damage has caused fading damage to front cover; has affected a triangle shaped section on lower part of each page closest to spine. Book is intact but separating between pages 142 and 143. Also pages separating between front cover and ffep. Ffep has book plate from previous owner. Book has slight musty smell. No DJ. Overall a fair to good copy. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall
