Document signed by Mary Pickford Fairbanks, her sister, Charlotte Smith and others for sale of the "Pickford Corporation," 11 pages plus cover, April 3, 1926 (docketed over the original typed date). This Bill of Sale transfers, for the total sum of $1.00, all assets owned individually and as co-partners by Mary Pickford Fairbanks and Charlotte Smith of the Mary Pickford Company, 7200 Santa Monica Blvd., Hollywood to The Pickford Corporation, registered at 7 W. 10 St., Wilmington, Delaware. Two additional documents show assets to be included in the transfer of the sale from Mary Pickford Company to The Pickford Corporation: A Feb. 10, 1925 letter from United Artists to Pickford's lawyer, Dennis F.
