Butterick & Glover A14; one of 1893 trade paperback copies (of a total edition of 2019); original price of $1.95 on upper wrapper. From the library of Black Moiuntain College (where Olson notably taught) alumni Jesse Dawes Green, with his signature on first page. Has some light pencil marking by Green to text.
