Green cloth boards, cream end papers. From the private library of Larry Southwick, collector's marginalia pencilled near front hinge. Small spot from half-title to first page of preface, 1/8 inch round. otherwise clean and unmarked. Binding is sound and round backed. All fold outs are present and fine. In a very good dust jacket. Dust jacket showing shelf wear at head, with a short, 1 inch, closed tear on the rear panel. Dust jacket now protected in a clear, removable, archival cover.365 pp. including index. Octavo, 7 x 10 inches tall.
