Oxford: Printed at the Shakespeare Head Press Saint Aldates & Published for the Press by Basil Blackwell, 1937. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good. Limited Edition of 425 copies of which 400 are for sale. Small 4to, pp326 plus epilogue with b/w and red & white illustrations by the author throughout. Hardcover no dust jacket. Half red morocco over cream buckram boards with gilt design and titles to spine and edging to leather binding in very good condition with library Number to bottom of spine, a little rubbing to edges of leather and a little marking to boards. Inside two library bookplates from Scarborough public Library to front paste down and ffe paper there are also a few blind stamps but these are unobtrusive. All hand made paper pages in excellent clean and bright condition in a nice tight binding .
