London, Weidenfeld & Nicolson, 1962,. see description. first English-language edition, large heavy 8vo, xiii,365pp, a section with 100 photo-illustrations on art paper, rubber stamp of Sheffield College of Art library on title page and some other less-intrusive evidence of library ownership elsewhere, original cloth slightly rubbed top and bottom of spine, title gilt on contrast spine label, front free endpaper neatly removed, inside front hinge weak leaving the book shaken but, the inside clean and readable, a fair copy.
