New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1916. First printing. Hardcover. Very Good. 1/160 copies (ours numbered 139). First edition, 1916. Green cloth-backed gray boards with gilt title on spine, gilt top edge, 409 pp., illustrated (including at least one fold-out), clean unmarked text, Very Good+ copy, light soiling or discoloration to some pages of the text, some pages of the book were poorly cut and have small tears to edges, light rubbing or wear to the tips/edges of the covers. Printed on Old Stratford paper, limited to 160 copies, and signed by the author. Rare book. Digital images available upon request.
