Small octavo, viii, [9]-312pp. Full calf, title in gilt over red leather spine label, gilt-ruled bands on spine. Stated "Third Edition" on title page. Solid text block, front hinge starting, rubbing to edges and corners, chipping to top of spine. Foxing throughout text, toning to endpapers, contemporary owner's name in ink on front free endpaper and rear flyleaf, later owner's name embossed on front free endpaper. (Sabin 101008) (Howes W28).
