Salamander Press Edinburgh, 1982 Signed on the title page at the Charleston Festival in 1999. The poet has written 'To Peter Best Wishes James Fenton' on the title page, and loosely laid in is the ticket for the event. A near perfect copy, with a neat signature and blind stamp on the FEP. Protected perfect complete jacket. A good example of this small press's work. Beautiful typography, high quality paper. Red buckram binding is perfect, and the gilt titling is vivid.
