Near Fine/Very Good. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. iv, [1], 342pp. bw photos, ports., indexed maps and figures including four fold-outs without tears in their original folds. Mapped endpapers. Black cloth w gold lettering to spine. Small scuff to tail. Binding square and sound. Photo illustrated DJ is clean, showing shallow wear to head, 2cm chip to bottom front edge by tail. DJ preserved now in mylar cover. Small quarto: 255 x 175mm. First published 1967, this is the second printing, 1972. Volume 2 only, of the three volume set.
