Washington: Government Printing Office, 1908. First Edition First Printing . Hardcover. Fair/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. 8vo. 897 pages, indexed. Hardcover bound in dark plum cloth. The binding is worn and soiled. Old spotting to the binding, especially on the spine. Inner hinges cracking. Endpapers foxed and dust-stained, and there are some stains and foxing on the title page. Text is toned but unmarked. Contains a large folding map in the pocket at the rear.
