Finely bound by Sangorski & Sutcliffe in red morocco gilt, decorative end papers, all edges gilt. Printed from Bembo type on "Old Kentucky Linen" paper by Joh. Enschede en Zonen, Haarlem, Holland. Fine, with Churchill 5 cent US stamp pasted to rear paste down.Bradbury 23, pp. 253. . Second Edition. Morocco. Fine/No Jacket, As Issued. 2 7/16" x 1 11/16". Miniature.
