George G. Harrap & company ltd, 1931. Hardcover. Good/Acceptable. 1931. First Edition. 731 pages. Pale blue dust jacket with navy lettering over blue cloth. DJ in pieces, repaired by being glued onto brown paper. Only the front, spine and rear panels present. B&W illustrations throughout. Notable foxing and tanning to endpapers and page edges. Some gutter cracking. Presentation plate to front endpaper, with newspaper clipping glued to paste down. Front endpaper to frontispiece detached along top half of gutter. Mild wear and bumping to spine, board edges and corners, with scuffing and marking to boards. Moderate wear, tear and loss to edges and corners of original parts of jacket. Notable tanning to spine and edges, with staining and soiling to DJ.
